I can't see the sender name in captured WhatsApp attachments, what shall I do?
This is a known limitation with newer versions of WhatsApp — and we are working on updating FlexiSPY to address this issue. However for the time being, to find the sender you could try the following:
- Note the date and time of the attachment
- Go to the IMs page
- Use the Search function to filter WhatsApp messages by the date you noted
- Compare the date and time to find the conversation

Do I need physical access to the device?
Our software must be physically installed onto the phone you wish to monitor, which we call the TARGET phone. You need to have this phone in your hand to install our software directly onto it, using the phone's internet connection and following the manual you receive after purchase.
How do I uninstall FlexiSPY?
You can uninstall your license from inside

Can I move FlexiSPY to another phone?
You can move the software between any phones you like at any time during the subscription period. But a single license may only be active on a single phone at a time.
Does FlexiSPY's Keylogger feature capture login details such as the username and password?
Using the Keylogging feature, FlexiSPY for iPhone and Android can capture what is typed into the username and password fields.
However, for FlexiSPY for Android, what is typed into the password field will only be captured IF the "show password" option is enabled.

What is rooting?
Rooting is often performed with the goal of overcoming limitations that carriers and hardware manufacturers put on some devices. It is not necessary to root the Android device to enjoy FlexiSPYs Basic features, however Advanced features such as VOIP call recording and phone call interception will work only on rooted android phones. Can I install FlexiSPY without the password?
If the device is locked by a password, pattern or fingerprint, you need to know how to unlock the device to install FlexiSPY. If you cannot unlock the phone you may consider purchasing a phone pre-installed with FlexiSPY, delivered directly to your door.
Is FlexiSPY Legal?
The legality depends on the laws in your country. In general, FlexiSPY is legal to install on your own phone as a backup solution, for parental control, or employee monitoring purposes. However, you should consult a lawyer to determine the legality in your country. We do not condone the use of our software for any illegal purpose. It is the responsibility of the user to follow all applicable local, state and federal laws.

How do I deactivate my key or how do I move my license to another device?
To move your license to another device you need to deactivate your license, which you can do from inside your portal. Learn more here.
Can I can buy multiple licenses from the website?
No, however you can add licenses to your account from inside your Account Portal.
Will FlexiSPY work on my device?
To give you the best possible answer could you please tell me the device model and OS version?
If you don't know then this is fine as most of our features will work across most platforms including Android, iPhone, PC, and MAC.
What is FlexiSPY?
FlexiSPY is software you install onto a phone, tablet or computer to monitor and record its activities.
After installation, FlexiSPY secretly records events that happen on the phone and delivers this information to a web account, where you can view these reports 24x7 from any Internet-enabled computer or mobile phone.
Please note that installing FlexiSPY requires physical access to the device.
Is FlexiSPY installed on my phone?
If you suspect your device has any kind of unwanted software, we recommend you simply factory reset the device to return it back to its original condition.

How to install FlexiSPY on iPhone?
Installing FlexiSPY on your iPhone is straightforward. We even have a worry-free installation service that will take care of everything for you.

What is the FlexiSPY Portal Login URL?
My phone is not compatible. What shall I do?
You may want to check out our EXPRESS service, which delivers a compatible phone pre-installed with all FlexiSPY features direct to your door.
Will FlexiSPY work without an internet connection?
Features will work even without an internet connection. Once the device is connected again, all data captured will be uploaded to the server, which you can then view in your FlexiSPY portal.
Why do I hear a beep sound when using RemCam or RemVid?
This issue happens on only a few devices and most times it is so quiet that the user doesn't notice it. However, if you feel that there is a problem we can provide you a refund as long as the license is less than two weeks old.
Which instant messengers do you support?
FlexiSPY supports most IMs natively as can be seen here.
If your IM is not listed here, you simply have to configure FlexiSPY like this.
What is Ambient Recording?
Ambient Recording allows you to discreetly record a phone’s surroundings and listen later. You can begin recording on-demand or set specific times to record and it will automatically upload audio files to your online user portal for convenient listening. Read more here.
What is Call Recording?
Call Recording allows you to remotely record any call made to or from a target device. Once the call has been recorded, it is uploaded to your secure online dashboard where you can listen immediately or download to your computer. Learn more here.

What is SpyCall?
SpyCall allows you to instantly listen to the target phone surroundings, secretly and in real-time using your own phone. Simply enter your phone number inside your FlexiSPY online account and then call their phone from your phone when it is not in use to be patched in secretly to start listening immediately. Does FlexiSPY record Video Calls such as Whatsapp or Facebook video calls?
FlexiSPY's VOIP call recording feature records the call audio only. It does not record the video. However you can use the App Screenshot feature to capture pictures of the video call.
What is Spoof SMS?
Spoof SMS is a unique FlexiSPY feature that allows you to send an invisible SMS from the TARGET device to any contact that can be found in the target’s phone book – or another number of your choice. Learn more.
What are the SMS credits used for?
SMS Credits allow you to send an SMS command directly from the portal, using an SMS gateway. SMS commands are useful when you need commands to be processed instantly. For example, ambient recording is something that you might want to start immediately. The default method to issue commands uses push notifications but they are inherently slow, so use SMS remote commands where timing is important. Learn more.
Will FlexiSPY drain the device's battery?
FlexiSPYs default settings should not cause noticeable battery drain.
Battery consumption depends on which activities you’re monitoring, the total activity generated by the target user, how often you check GPS location and the data upload frequency you've set. These settings are adjustable inside your portal.
If GPS is turned off, will I still know the location?
If GPS location is turned off, you won't receive GPS coordinates. However, you can still get an estimated location using the feature ‘Network Connections’ which will inform you of the network name they are connected to.
Is Snapchat supported?
Yes, Snapchat is supported in what we call Appshot and Partial Mode. To learn more about these click here.
How does the GPS Tracking feature work?
Our GPS Tracking feature lets you see a record of all locations the device has been.
You can even setup Geofencing alerts to know when the TARGET leaves a specified zone, or export coordinates to your favorite GPS navigation app for bird's eye viewing. Learn more.

Is the installation complicated?

In what currency will I be charged upon purchase of FlexiSPY?
The price is shown in US Dollars. If you are paying with foreign currency by credit card or PayPal, a currency conversion will take place based on the banking exchange rate at the time of purchase. In most cases you can install the software yourself. However most people do not have the time or desire to do this, so we offer an additional service where our technicians spend time remotely installing the software for you.

How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription please go to the portal and switch off auto-renew, and there will be no further recurring charges to your credit card. Licenses will continue to work until they expire.
If a license expires please note that the associated data is automatically deleted so be sure to make a backup if required before canceling your subscription.

What is FlexiVIEW and where can I download it?

What is Jailbreaking?
FlexiSPY's iPhone product requires you to Jailbreak your device. This is a simple process that allows your iPhone to access an additional app catalog required for any application not directly available in the App Store. Learn more about Jailbreaking here
Are deleted SMS, pictures, texts, and other items captured?
Yes. FlexiSPY detects and records all information as it's created. Therefore even if the data is deleted, it is still available to see on the server. Data deleted before FlexiSPY was installed cannot be recovered.
Why is Call Recording not working as I expected?
Call Recording is a complex technology that relies entirely on the capabilities of the hardware of the device as well as the programming of its firmware.
As there are over
24,000 different devices - at all kinds of price points - you will find that not all devices support Call Recording and the ones that do, may have compromises such as only allowing one side of the call to be recorded, or the quality of the recording to be poor.
This issue, combined with that fact that our customers want the feature to work absolutely discretely, means that the customer may need to accept this compromise, or chose to have a refund for the software.
Another solution is to purchase a
FlexiSPY EXPRESS phone, which is certified to work with our features, and these are available at very reasonable costs.
We find that most customers would rather have some information than none at all, but if you are not happy with the quality of the Call Recording, please contact us within 14 days and we can offer a full or partial refund.

Will FlexiSPY Work on Dual Sim Phones?
Yes, FlexiSPY Works on Dual SIM Phones. Most features should work except for Call Interception, and Spoof SMS
If I buy a new license, do I have to reinstall the FlexiSPY software?
FlexiSPY allows you to renew your license at any time without having to make any changes to the device.
If you purchase a new license and want to use it on a phone with FlexiSPY already installed, you do not have to reinstall the software. However, you will have to deactivate the existing license and then activate with the new license. This will require you to get the phone in your hands.
My Phone is not rooted. What package should I choose?
Most FlexiSPY features do not require root and we would recommend starting with one month EXTREME option. Consider rooting only if you need the following features:
