Follow these steps to learn how to configure App shot mode for IMs
Setting up Appshot Mode for any IM involves the following steps.
- From the menu, select App Screenshot
- Select Captured Screenshots from the right-hand-side of the screen
- From the popup that appears, select the IM that you wish to monitor
- Press submit
