Set Call Recording Audio Source for Android


Android devices have a setting called "Source" which allows you to specify the way call recordings are made. If you have a problem with the audio quality of your recordings -- due to call recording limitations -- then you can try to change the audio source.

How to set the Audio Source

  1. Inside your portal, go to the Call Recording page
  2. Click on the tools icon 
  3. In the popup that appears, click Set Audio Recording Source
  4. Select a recording source
  5. Press Set Now


Note — If your device is rooted and running Android 9 or above, you cannot change the audio source
