Why isn't Spycall working?
If Spycall is not working, perform the following steps to debug the issue.
Please note - Spycall for non-root will not work on any other phone except Samsung devices running Android 7-14
- Check if the incoming Spycall is in the phone log (it won’t be there if the Spycall is successful)
- If the number is in the log, check it against the monitor number in the portal
- If the number is appearing check whether FlexiSPY is actually active or not active
- Check whether Phone App is still installed
- From the portal, click the Installed Apps tab
- Press 'Get Installed Apps'
- If it is not installed, you will need to get the phone in your hand install it using the instructions here
- If it is installed, then check if permissions were granted to Phone App (see here)
If all else fails, it is recommended to use the
Live Listening feature on the FlexiVIEW app for Android, which is part of the new
Live Features that has effectively replaced Spycall and is easier to use and has wider device compatibility.
