Why aren't I receiving any RemVid files?
If you're not receiving RemVid files, the
first step is to track the command from the portal to the device to confirm
that the command is being received.
Note
The command tracking tool is currently available for iPhone — and non-rooted Android devices running FlexiSPY for Android (Normal) mode version 4.12.1 or greater
- Create a RemVid request
- Wait 10 minutes
- Enter the command tracking tool by clicking Bell icon
- Verify that the command was sent from the portal
- Verify that the command was received by the mobile device
- Verify that the command was executed correctly
