Why aren't I receiving any RemCam files?


If you're not receiving RemVid files, follow these steps:
  1. Confirm FlexiSPY is Active (read this)
    1. If FlexiSPY is not active, create a support ticket from inside your customer account.
    1. Use the Command Tracker tool
      1. Create a RemVid request
      2. Wait 10 minutes
      3. Enter the command tracking tool by clicking Bell icon 
        1. Verify that the command was sent from the portal
        2. Verify that the command was received by the mobile device
        3. Verify that the command was executed correctly
        4. Compare the results you see with the results below

    If you see the example result above, then get device in hand and follow the steps below:

    For Samsung devices:
    1. Go to Settings > Apps > Sync Services
    2. Scroll down and tap 'Appear on top' and turn ON
    For Other devices:
    1. Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > see all apps > Sync Services
    2. Scroll down and tap Advanced > Display over other apps and turn ON
