Android Non-Root Known Issues

Two instances of FlexiSPY can be installed simultaneously if FlexiSPY for Root is already installed and Hidden and an attempt to install FlexiSPY for non-root is then made
Installation
If FlexiSPY has been installed in Visible Mode and the user attempts to delete FlexiSPY by long-pressing on the homescreen, the uninstallation will fail.
To uninstall FlexiSPY in Visible Mode, please the user must refer to the Deactivation and Uninstallation guide found in the Customer Portal for instructions

SMS Remote Commands cannot be hidden and are visible in the target devices SMS inbox

The following warning message, which can be dismissed may incorrectly appear during installation 'This app was built for an older version of Android and may not work properly. Try checking for updates or contact the developer'
Installation
Call Recording does not work on Samsung Galaxy Note 1
Call Recording
Call Recording quality may vary from device to device occasionally causing only one side of the call to be recorded, or no sides at all. See here
Call Recording
Call Recording has a maximum of a 60 minute recording time. Any calls that are being recorded and last for more than 60 minutes will result in the Call Recording ending, and being uploaded to the portal automatically. The rest of the phone conversation (if any) will not be recorded
