Huawei Phones: Additional Steps to allow FlexiSPY software to Work
We've recently discovered an issue with many Huawei devices being unable to connect to the server after activation.
And the problem is because of Huawei Battery settings that stops or force other apps to go to sleep.
We need to adjust or change the Battery settings of the Target Device.
HUAWEI android version 9 | EMUI 9
Click the Battery option
On the Battery Setting
- Make sure that the "Power Saving" is OFF
- "Ultra Power Saving" is OFF
- And Click on APP LAUNCH option
On the "APP LAUNCH"
Make sure that the "Sync Service" option is set to "Manage Manually"
HUAWEI android version 7 | EMUI 5
Look for "Battery" option on settings
- Make sure that the "Power Saving" is OFF
- "Ultra Power Saving" is OFF
- And Click on SETTINGS ICON on the upper right part of the screen
Make sure that the "Power-intensive prompt" is OFF
NOTE: For Huawei models, changing the Battery settings will depend on the EMUI model.

You must have access to the device and change the settings manually, however if the user decides to change the battery settings again base on their preference, then there is a possibility that our software will put to sleep.
