Huawei Phones Turning Battery Optimization Off
Here are some list of other Huawei Phone with different EMUI version. And options on how to set changes on their battery optimization.
EMUI 3 and 4
Go to SETTINGS
All >>> Device >>> Power saving >>> Protected apps >>> Safe Lagoon and choose Power-intensive.

BATTERY OPTION SETTINGS
Tap the SETTINGS icon (top right of the screen) "Power-intensive prompt" and "Close excessively power-intensive apps" settings must be disabled

SETTINGS
Make sure that Power Saving Mode and Ultra Power Saving mode is OFF
Enable Auto-Launch, Secondary Launch and Run in Background
