How to Download Data
Data can be download individually, or in bulk.
Downloading Individual Files
Text-based Logs
Text-based logs and individual media files can be exported directly from your portal.
Text-based logs including things like call logs, emails, SMS, etc. can be downloaded using the Search Tool which appears on the top of most pages.
- Depending on your preferences, you can choose to download in CSV/XLS format.
Individual Media Files
Most individual media files such as Call Recordings and Ambient Recordings can be downloaded using the download icon.
