Can't Download Media / Can't Play Media File
Most media files such as Call Recordings and Ambient Recordings can be downloaded or played using the download / play icon.
However, some customers cannot download or play media files from the portal using these icons.
In this case we recommend the following
- If the download button does not work, simply right click on the download button, and select 'Save link as'
- Images can be downloaded by right-clicking on the image and choosing 'save as'. Samples of these can be seen below.
- Download the file to your computer and open with your favorite media app
- For playing videos, we recommend using VLC media player
- For viewing images, use the Windows Photo app or Mac's Preview app
