How to Change Account Info


The following account details can be changed from inside your Portal
  1. Email
  2. Username
  3. Password

Email

  1. Log in your portal
  2. Click on 'Account' to open your Account Settings
  3. Under 'My Profile' > locate your 'Email Address' > then click 'Edit'
  4. Enter your new email address and password to confirm your changes

Username

  1. Log in your portal
  2. Click on 'Account' to open your Account Settings
  3. Under 'My Profile' > locate your 'Username' > then click 'Edit'
  4. Enter your new username and password to confirm your changes
    1. Usernames can only contain lowercase letters and numbers.

Password

  1. Log in your portal
  2. Click on 'Account' to open your Account Settings
  3. Under 'My Profile' > locate your 'Password' > then click 'Edit'

  4. Enter your Current Password > New Password > Confirm Password

Usernames and Passwords are Case Sensitive - if you are unable to log in your portal, check this
