Reset Password
- Go to the portal login page
- Click forgot password
- Follow the prompts
- If you don't receive a password reset email, check your spam or junk folder
Forgot Username
- Go to the portal login page
- Click Forgot Username
- Follow the prompts
- You will receive an email containing a list of Usernames associated with your email address
If you don't receive a forgot user email, check your spam or junk folder
