You can recover your FlexiSPY username or password from the portal login page.

Reset Password

  1. Go to the portal login page
  2. Click forgot password
  3. Follow the prompts
  4. If you don't receive a password reset email, check your spam or junk folder

Forgot Username

  1. Go to the portal login page
  2. Click Forgot Username
  3. Follow the prompts
  4. You will receive an email containing a list of Usernames associated with your email address
  5. If you don't receive a forgot user email, check your spam or junk folder

For your protection, our system temporarily locks your account after multiple failed login attempts. Don’t worry—this is usually easy to fix.
