Accessibility Automatically Disabled
Accessibility is required for
several FlexiSPY features to function
For some device manufactures, it is a known issue that accessibility will automatically be disabled when the device restarts. This includes
- Certain Oppo devices
- Certain Chinese brands like Infinix
At the moment there is no solution to this issue.
What to do
- If Accessibility is disabled, please physically access the device and follow the install guide - Enable Accessibility section — or use the install service
- Alternatively, purchase a pre-installed phone from FlexiSPY Express guaranteed to have all features working as expected
