Accessibility Setting


The Accessibility setting on the phone must be enabled for the following features to work:
  1. Browsing Activity (Web Activity / Browser Search / Browser Videos)
  2. App Screenshots
  3. Call Recording
  4. VoIP Call Recording
  5. Keylogger
  6. Gmail
  7. Samsung Email
  8. Snapchat
  9. WhatsApp
  10. FB Messenger
  11. Viber
  12. Google Messages
  13. Tinder
  14. Instagram
If Accessibility is not set during installation, or if accessibility is disabled after installation, then you must re-enable accessibility.

To re-enable accessibility, you will have to get the device physically in your hands then follow the steps below.
Notes
For FlexiSPY for Android (Normal Mode) Version 4.12.1 or above — If Accessibility is not set, the following warning will be displayed 

How to Enable Accessibility

Enabling this has no effect on how the keyboard looks or works and is simply a name added to configure the software discreetly
  1. For Android OS 12 and above: Go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Installed apps and enable Accessibility
    1. If you are unable to turn on Accessibility due to Restricted Settings, log in your portal -> Help -> How to Install -> Android -> choose your target device -> scroll and look for 'Enable Accessibility' guide to allow restricted settings
  2. For Android OS 9 - 11: Go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Installed services and enable Accessibility
  3. For Android OS 8 and below: Go to Settings -> Accessibility, scroll down to Services and enable Accessibility
