お使いのコンピューターにウイルス対策ソフトが入っている場合は、The Softwareをインストールする前にそれを無効にする必要があります

Windows Defender を OFF にします
  1. Start  を選択し、 Settings  > Update & Security  > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Manage settings （または、Windows 10の以前のバージョンでは Virus & threat protection settings ）。
  2. リアルタイム保護を Off に切り替えます。
  3. これでThe Softwareのインストールの準備ができました
