In order to use FlexiSPY on a device, you must first activate your license key when you install the software.

Where to find your license key

After purchasing FlexiSPY there are several places you can find your license key in order to activate the software on a device and get started.

In your welcome email

Once you have purchased FlexiSPY, you will receive your welcome email.  This email contains your username and password for logging in to your online portal.  It also shows your license key.

In this example, you can see the welcome email which clearly shows the license key, along with the username and portal for the online portal.

Inside your online portal

Inside your online portal your license key is also shown in the Account menu.  Any license key that shows as Inactive is ready to be installed on to a device.  If a license key has a status set to Active, it means that this has already been activated on a device.

In this example, the license key is listed as inactive.  That means it can be used to activate the software on a device.
