Installation Service FAQ



In most cases, you can install the FlexiSPY software yourself. However, many of our customers simply do not have the time nor desire to do this. That is why we offer an additional service where our technicians will remotely install the software for you.

What are the Installation Service Requirements

Is the Installation Service available in languages other than English?

  1. Our Installation Service is in English. But don’t worry if you don’t speak English, we can work with you using an online translation tool, as there is very little customer involvement required.

Is the Installation Service refundable?

  1. Our Installation Service is an optional add-on for your FlexiSPY purchase and unsuccessful installations are completely refundable. Speak with Live Chat for more details.

What's the difference between using the Installation Service and installing FlexiSPY by yourself?

How long will installation service take?

  1. For IOS devices it can take up to 60 minutes to complete the installation service.
  2. For Android devices it can take up to 30 minutes to complete the installation service.
If you root/jailbreak the device it may take longer
