What are the SMS credits used for?


SMS Credits allow you to send an SMS command directly from the portal, using an SMS gateway.

SMS commands are useful when you need commands to be processed instantly. For example, ambient recording is something that you might want to start immediately. 
The default method to issue Commands uses push notifications but they may take some time, so use SMS remote commands where timing is important. Learn more here.

Buying SMS Credits 

In your portal, head to Account-> +Buy next to Total SMS Credits as seen here.
