VoIP Call Recording Not Working (No Calls Captured)
Symptom: No VoIP calls are being recorded and uploaded to the FlexiSPY Portal
Pre-Requisite
- Check that your device supports VoIP call recording [click here]
- Ensure you're using the latest version of FlexiSPY [click here]
- Ensure the 'Accessibility' setting is enabled (see install guide for instructions)
- Check that your VoIP app version is supported [click here]
- Confirm 'Notification Access' is granted. Check with the AI troubleshooter in the Portal (the chatbot)
- Ensure Notifications for desired applications (E.g., WhatsApp, Facebook) are turned ON (See Android install guide step > Enabling VoIP Call Recording (Android OS 10 and Above)
Next Steps:
- Verify that the above settings are set correctly
- Get the target device in-hand
- Make a test VoIP call
- Check if it was recorded
If the issue persists, contact Support and mention you've completed all troubleshooting steps but it's still not working
