VoIP Call Recording Not Working (No Calls Captured)

Symptom: No VoIP calls are being recorded and uploaded to the FlexiSPY Portal

Pre-Requisite

  1. Check that your device supports VoIP call recording [click here]
  2. Ensure you're using the latest version of FlexiSPY [click here]
  3. Ensure the 'Accessibility' setting is enabled (see install guide for instructions)
  4. Check that your VoIP app version is supported [click here]
  5. Confirm 'Notification Access' is granted. Check with the AI troubleshooter in the Portal (the chatbot)
  6. Ensure Notifications for desired applications (E.g., WhatsApp, Facebook) are turned ON (See Android install guide step > Enabling VoIP Call Recording (Android OS 10 and Above)

Next Steps:

  1. Verify that the above settings are set correctly
  2. Get the target device in-hand
  3. Make a test VoIP call
  4. Check if it was recorded
If the issue persists, contact Support and mention you've completed all troubleshooting steps but it's still not working
