This is where you can see a list of debug logs previously requested and download them. Logs can also be clicked on to expand more details.

The key page components are as follows

  3. Message

Client time

See when the debug log was requested to identify the desired log. (The display time is in the time-zone of the device)

Download

Download the log and attach it to your support ticket for quicker resolution
