Before Upgrading to Android 10

Before Upgrading to Android 10

Affected OS
Non-root Android 9 or lower

Issue
If your device is not rooted, you may receive an OTA message to upgrade you OS to Android 10.

If you proceed with the update to Android 10, FlexiSPY will continue to work but an app icon will be visible. The name of this icon changes from time to time but there is no indication it is FlexiSPY. If the user clicks this icon they simply get a list of generic settings, including the ability to uninstall.
Action
To upgrade to Android 10, and preserve your choice, you need to
  1. Uninstall FlexiSPY
  2. Upgrade the Android OS
  3. Use our Install Service to reinstall FlexiSPY
