Trouble Connecting to Portal / Trouble Downloading File

Some customers may receive an error when trying to connect to the FlexiSPY portal from their home or office computer. A typical error message might be:
  1.  "portal.flexispy.com sent an invalid response. Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
    ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR"
  2. "Hmmm... can't reach this page the connection was reset"
We've determined this because your Internet Router or Provider is blocking access to certain areas of FlexiSPY with a Security setting that can be disabled.
  1. A quick fix if you're short on time is to simply connect instead connect to via a Cellular network or a Cellphone hotspot
  2. Connecting to a VPN will also fix the problem
  3. There's a better fix we'll discuss later below

For Comcast Customers

Comcast offer a firewall feature 'Protected Browsing' which prevents access to certain websites Comcast deems unsafe. Comcast are incorrectly restricting access to certain areas of the FlexiSPY domain Therfore we must turn off Protected Browser.
  1. If you are a Comcast customer
Follow the steps in this guide to turn off Protected browsing
    1. If you're still having trouble connecting, please contact Comcast customer Support. Ask them to either Whitelist the flexispy.com domain, or turn off Protected Browsing altogether.

For Non-Comcast Customers

  1. If you are not a Comcast customer
Please ensure your Internet is not being filtered by a similar security your internet Service Provider may have enabled.
We recommend you contact your Internet Service provider directly and troubleshoot with them
    1. If you successfully resolve the issue with your Internet Provider, we'd love to hear the details of who your Provider is and how you fixed the issue with them.
  2. If none of the above help
    1. Connect to the portal by connecting your computer to your phone's mobile hotspot. Ensure your mobile device is disconnected from your Home or Office Wi-Fi.
    2. Alternatively, connect to the portal while using a VPN. Hola Unblocker is a popular, free VPN compatible with most browsers
