Post Installation Steps for Oppo Devices


Prerequisites

  1. FlexiSPY must be installed and activated
  2. USB Debugging must be enabled ( see here )

What We'll Cover

This guide is broken down into the following parts
  1. Remove OPPO Power Monitor
  2. Disable Smart Power Saver
  3. Allow Background Running
  4. Disable Self Check and Virus Scan
  5. Remove Packages

Steps

Remove OPPO Power Monitor

  1. Connect your OPPO device to computer
  2. Open Command Prompt (Press Windows Key , then Search for CMD and press Enter )
  3. Run the following command adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 com.oppo.oppopowermonitor

Disable Smart Power Saver

  1. On the phone, Go to Settings -> Battery -> Smart Power Saver
  2. Turn the Toggle to OFF

Allow Background Running

  1. On the phone, Go to Settings -> App Management -> Sync Services -> Power Saver -> Allow Background Running

Disable Self Check and Virus Scan

  1. Using the App Launcher on the phone, find the app called "Phone Manager" app and tap to open
  2. Tap the Settings icon

  3. Find Self Check and turn it OFF

  4. Return to the previous Settings page > Tap Virus Scan Engine
  5. Change it to 360

Remove Packages

  1. Connect your OPPO device to computer
  2. Open Command Prompt ( Press Windows Key , then Search for CMD and press Enter )
  3. Run the following commands
    1. adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 com.coloros.phonemanager
    2. adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 com.android.storagemanager
  4. If successful, "Phone Manager" will disappear from the App Launcher
