Pending Commands

Pending Commands

Please read about Network Commands first.
Pending Commands are commands or setting changes from the Dashboard that have not yet synced with the Target phone. A list of Pending Commands can be found in the main Dashboard HELP menu.

Here are some things to know about how Pending Commands work.
  1. If a target phone is off, has no internet connection, software is not installed or running, or for any reason is not able to connect to the server then the command will remain as "pending", until it has been synced with the Target phone
  2. Looking at the pending commands can be a step-in troubleshooting if you think that commands and changes made from the dashboard are not working, or not being received by the Target. As soon as a command is received by the Target, it is cleared from the pending commands list
  3. Even when Network Commands (Dashboard) are sent immediately, they remain "pending" until the target phone either connects to the server or is verified to have received the command
  4. Commands sent from the Dashboard are pushed to Android targets immediately. iOS targets pick up commands the next time the target connects to the server, or you may choose to send SMS Commands.
