In some situations customers make genuine mistakes when renewing licenses. Here are the following common scenarios and their resolutions
Instead of renewing an existing license, The Customer mistakenly purchases a new license, and the new license
has not been activated
Contact support with both license details
Be sure to confirm that the new license is not activated
Support will be able to extend the existing license with the amount of the new license

The pro-rata amount will include a $25 deduction as a handling charge as this is a manual process

Support will calculate pro-rata time left including a $25 deduction as a handling charge for each consolidated license
