License Consolidation


In some situations customers make genuine mistakes when renewing licenses. Here are the following common scenarios and their resolutions
  1. Instead of renewing an existing license, The Customer mistakenly purchases a new license, and the new license has not been activated
    1. Contact support with both license details
    2. Be sure to confirm that the new license is not activated
    3. Support will be able to extend the existing license with the amount of the new license

    1. Contact support with both license details
    2. Support will be able to extend the existing license with pro-rata amount of days
    3. The pro-rata amount will include a $25 deduction as a handling charge as this is a manual process
    4. No data from the old account can be migrated to the new account

  3. Customer has multiple licenses and wishes to consolidate the time period on one or more licenses
    1. Contact support with both license details
    2. Support will calculate pro-rata time left including a $25 deduction as a handling charge for each consolidated license
    3. No data from the old account can be migrated to the new account
