How To Remotely Restart the Device

Remote Restart is available for iPhones, iPad, and Rooted Androids only

Remote Restart lets you remotely restart the device if you are experiencing issues with FlexiSPY. To remotely restart the device, perform the followings steps
  1. Login to your portal
  2. Click Help > Device Settings > Device Controls > Restart the Device > Restart Device Now
Once the command has been received and processed by the device, it should restart
For iPhones that run in tethered mode, it is not recommended to use this feature, as you may have to configure the device again after restart
