How to Reactivate FlexiSPY after Deactivation


You have deactivated FlexiSPY and would like to reactivate it. Here are the steps:
For Mobile Devices
If FlexiSPY is still installed on the phone:

1. Send the below SMS command from your mobile phone to the target device

      <*#14144><License Number><D>
Warning
IMPORTANT - This command may appear on the target device, so it is recommended that you have physical access to manually delete the command message from the inbox

2. If the activation is successful, the below command should appear on the target device
      
      [5009 5.x.x][14144][] OK
      Activation success. Nice!

3. Delete the SMS commands visible on the target device

If FlexiSPY has been deactivated and uninstalled:

1. You will need to reinstall FlexiSPY. Follow the installation guide available in your portal:
  1. Log in your portal
  2. Go to Help > How to Install
  3. Select your target device and follow the steps provided
For Computer Devices
1. Log in your portal
2. Go to Help > Reference Manuals > Deactivate and Uninstall
3. Select your computer device
4. Follow the steps provided on how to activate FlexiSPY
