How to Check if FlexiSPY is still Installed on the Device
If new events are being uploaded to your portal or the device status shows as connected, then FlexiSPY is likely still installed.
However, if data is not uploading and you have exhausted all the steps in the
troubleshooting guide, then FlexiSPY may have been removed or uninstalled by the user, anti-virus software, or by factory reset.
To check if FlexiSPY is still installed
- Get the device in your hand
- Locate FlexiSPY
- If the user chooses to install FlexiSPY in Hidden Mode, then FlexiSPY installs itself in a discreet location on the device.
- This location is only published in the 'Deactivate and Uninstall' reference manual, found in the customer portal.
- To access the reference manual, login to your portal and go to Help > Reference Manuals > Deactivate and Uninstall > The location of the app will be shown.
- If you cannot find the app, then FlexiSPY is no longer on the device, and you should reinstall the software using the help files found in your portal
