Live Features are only available on the FlexiVIEW App for Android

How to use live features

  1. Go to Help > Device Settings > Data Delivery > Change Application Settings > enable Live Features > and Sync Now
  2. Open the FlexiVIEW app on your Android device > go to More > and select Live Features to start using them

Troubleshooting Live Features

If you see an "Issue with Live Features" error in the FlexiVIEW app, work through the steps below in order
  1. Confirm you're running the latest version of FlexiSPY for Android (Normal Mode)
    1. If you're on an outdated version, you'll see a warning in your account. Update before continuing.
  2. Check that the target device is connected to the server
    1. From the web portal, go to Dashboard > Device Info and confirm the device has connected recently.
    2. If it hasn't connected, follow this guide before continuing
  3. Test the network connection on the target device
    1. Get the target device in your hand and note its current network (Wi-Fi or Cellular)
    2. Try Live Features. If it fails, switch networks (e.g., Wi-Fi → Cellular) and try again
    3. If it still fails, try connecting through a VPN for testing purposes > if this fixed the problem, write to us at support. Otherwise continue to the next step
  4. Test the network connection on your FlexiVIEW phone
    1. Repeat the same network tests on the phone you're using to view FlexiVIEW.
  5. Deregister and re-register the FlexiVIEW device
    1. From the web portal: click FlexiVIEW > Registered Devices > the three dots > Deregister Device.
    2. Then log into FlexiVIEW again from your phone.
  6. If all the above steps fail, please submit a support ticket to us from inside your portal
    1. In the support ticket, make sure to mention: I have completed all of the troubleshooting steps
