How do I turn features on or off?


If you want to turn a software feature on or off you don't need the TARGET device physically to do so.  Every feature can be turned on or off conveniently from your online portal.

To turn individual features on or off, log in to your online portal and go to Help > Device Settings > Data Delivery > Change Application Settings.

From this menu, enable or disable features by clicking on each check mark.  

How to tell if a feature is turned on or off

You can turn off individual FlexiSPY features or all features from your online portal.



In this example, the SMS feature is selected (checked) and is enabled.


In this example, the VOIP Call Recording option and all subsequent sub-features, are grayed out.  This means they are not enabled.
