'FlexiVIEW is already registered with another device' error


You are not able to log in FlexiVIEW app and receiving this message - "FlexiVIEW is already registered with another device. Login to your portal to deregister and try again".



Reason

If you are getting this message, it means that you have installed and logged in FlexiVIEW app from another phone.

Actions

There are 2 methods to resolve this issue.

1. Log in your portal using this link - https://portal.flexispy.com/
  1. Navigate to 'FlexiVIEW' section and click on 'Registered Devices'

  2. Next, click on 'Registered Devices,' and you will see the currently registered device
  3. Click on the 3 dots and 'Deregister'

2. Get access to the phone that you previously downloaded and registered FlexiVIEW app
  1. Log in FlexiVIEW and click on 'More' > then Logout
  2. After successfully logging out your old device, you can now log in and register FlexiVIEW on a new device
