Your Emails, e.g., Outlook, GMail, Samsung Email are not being captured
Reasons
1. Your target device is currently not supported.
Mobile Devices - The client only captures the email from native applications which are 'Gmail' and 'Email' (Samsung Email)
Windows PC / Mac - The client only captures the email from Webmail which are 'Outlook', 'Outlook365', and 'Gmail'.
2. The email has not been opened yet.
Action
The Gmail app needs to be opened, and the email must be accessed to capture it. Sometimes, it's necessary to scroll down and view the entire email for it to be captured.
Try It Out
1. Create an Email event
2. Open 'Gmail' app client on the target device
3. Open the message > scroll to view
4. Verify if the email is captured by logging in your portal > Emails
