Check Whether Your Device Offers the Required Feature
You can see if your device offers the auto record calls feature in your Phone App settings
- Open your phone app
- Tap the three dots on the upper-right-hand corner of the screen
- Tap settings
- Find 'Record phone calls'
- If you can't find it, your device does not offer the auto-call recording function
- If you can find it, tap Record phone calls, and check whether 'auto record phone calls' is an option
- If you can't find 'auto record phone calls', then your device does not offer the auto-call recording function
- If you can find it, then your device may support enhanced call recording
If your device does not offer the auto-call recording function, then enhanced call recording will not work
