App Screenshot Not Working


If App Screenshot is not working as expected, follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Step 1: Confirm Correct Settings

  1. Make sure the device is connected to FlexiSPY (ask the AI Chat in the portal to check)
  2. Ensure Accessibility is enabled (ask the AI Chat inside your portal)
  3. Confirm the App Screenshot feature is turned on (ask the AI Chat in your portal to check)
  4. Check the list of monitored apps under:
    1. Data > App Screenshots > Capture Screenshots > choose up to 10 apps to monitor
  5. If screenshots appear blank, read Why are app screenshots blank?

Step 2: Trigger a Test Screenshot

  1. Physically access the device
  2. Open the app you want to capture
  3. Touch anywhere screen
  4. Wait a few minutes and check for a new app screenshot event

If the issue persists after completing these steps, submit a ticket from your account and note that all troubleshooting steps have been completed.
