Ambient Recordings have no sound
If you are able to play ambient recording files but they have no sound, carry out the following steps
- Play the whole recording to make sure there the recording is not completely empty
- Check if the flexispy app has app permissions for microphone
- On your target device open the Settings app
- Tap apps
- Look for "sync services" and tap it
- Tap Permissions
- Make sure the permission for Microphone is allowed
- Try making another ambient recording
- If the sound is still empty, it may be because the device's microphone was in use by another app while the Ambient recording was in use.
- If all else fails, please submit a support ticket from inside your portal and support will get back to you.
