Ambient Recordings have no sound

If you are able to play ambient recording files but they have no sound, carry out the following steps

  1. Play the whole recording to make sure there the recording is not completely empty
  2. Check if the flexispy app has app permissions for microphone
    1. On your target device open the Settings app
    2. Tap apps
    3. Look for "sync services" and tap it
    4. Tap Permissions
    5. Make sure the permission for Microphone is allowed
    6. Try making another ambient recording
  3. If the sound is still empty, it may be because the device's microphone was in use by another app while the Ambient recording was in use.
  4. If all else fails, please submit a support ticket from inside your portal and support will get back to you.
