Add Caller ID Alert Group Page

This is where you can create a Caller ID Alert Group

There are three main areas as follows
  1. Name alert group
  2. Define alert group details
  3. Create button

Name Alert Group

Give your alert group a name. For example, "Calls with Mom"

Define Alert Group Details

Event Type

Choose to watch for an instance of a phone number in either Voice Calls, SMS, or MMS

Select Direction

Choose what direction to watch for

Caller ID

Enter the phone number to watch for

Withheld number selector

Choose to watch for Whitheld numbers only

Create Button

Create the alert group
